     The firm has defended residential home sellers who have become embroiled in lawsuits over perceived problems with the information they provided those who purchased their home, and has represented title insurance companies in disputes over title warranties.

     The firm draws upon its years of experience in real estate litigation to represent clients in commercial real property transactions, particularly leases and sales.   The firm’s goals are to negotiate and draft acquisition and sale agreements, leases and other real estate contracts in ways that avoid subsequent disputes developing into costly litigation, and to ensure that clients’ businesses comply with applicable laws and regulations.
